2025 was a banner year for menopause. There were numerous publications, a convened FDA panel resulting in significant changes to prescription labeling, and a social media onslaught brought on by a group of female physicians. This alumni conversation will cover the historical significance of the time we are living in, deliver a quick lesson regarding the impact of hormones on mental health and look at the role that social workers, regardless of discipline, can play in creating dialog, asking the right questions, providing validation, facilitating empowerment, directing to dependable resources and clinically intervening. Add your voice to a conversation and topic that truly will relate in some fashion to everyone who attends. 1 free CE hour will be offered.

Presenter: Elizabeth Nikol, DBH, LCSW, A-CBT
