Jocelyn Muse-Taylor
Bio
Jocelyn is a Learning & Development Supervisor at the New Jersey Child Support Institute (NJCSI) at Rutgers University School of Social Work, Institute for Families. She has expertise in adult learning, workforce development, training design, and systems-focused professional development. She supervises a team responsible for developing instructor-led trainings and e-learning products that support New Jersey’s child support workforce.
Jocelyn has extensive experience facilitating trainings for educators, human service professionals, and multidisciplinary teams at the local, state, and national levels. Her work centers on creating engaging, practical learning experiences that strengthen professional practice, promote inclusion, and support meaningful outcomes for children, youth, families, and communities.
Prior to her current role, Jocelyn supported statewide transition and disability initiatives through The Elizabeth Boggs Center on Disability and Human Development at Rutgers University, with a focus on community-based and person-centered practices. She has presented at state and national conferences on topics including workforce development, inclusive practices, community-based instruction, and person-centered planning.
Jocelyn holds a Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work.
